Q:  What is Perry?

A:  Perry is similar to Cider, but made from Pears instead of Apples.  The juice is pressed and fermented to make this delicious alcoholic drink.  Ours is made in the same Cloudy style as LOBO cider

Q:  Any other differences?

A:  Perry is often a little lower in alcohol, and has quite a distinct pear flavour.

Q:  What sort of Pears do you use?

A:  Our Perry has been made from an old fashioned cooking Pear called a Pound Pear, blended with some Red D’Anjou and Beurre Bosc Pears and very small amount of Champion Quince.
