Dry Pear cider, 2014, fragrant Lemon Bergamot pears with a mixture of other selected pear varieties including some of the rare monster Pound pears.

Fermented very cold, capturing the aromatics, bottled almost dry and finished in bottle to give a fine bead. Delicate and dry, soft and slightly sour, with crisp and persistent finish.
No preservatives, gluten free.
